We are writing to inform you that we will not be taking any new orders after October 1st, 2023. This is due to a number of factors, including:
- We are retooling our business to better serve our customers. This includes making changes to our manufacturing process, our product presentation, and our customer service.
- We have a number of open backorders that we need to get caught up on. We want to make sure that we fulfill all of our existing orders before we start taking on new ones.
We know that this may be inconvenient for some of our customers, but we believe that it is necessary to ensure that we can continue to provide the best possible service.
We will continue to process all orders that have been placed before October 1st. We will also be offering a grace period for orders that are placed after October 1st but before October 15th. We will do our best to fulfill these orders, but we cannot guarantee that they will be shipped by October 15th.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
We will keep you updated on our progress and let you know when we are able to start taking new orders again. Our current expectation to start taking orders again is the first quarter of 2024. In the meantime, you can still contact us for customer support or to check whether a product is currently in stock.
