We regret to inform you that we have decided to shut down our custom orders division. This was a difficult decision for us, but we had no choice due to the retirement of our master craftsman, Larry Black.
Larry has been with us since we opened in 1977 and he always was able to handle the custom work with skill and precision. He has created countless unique and beautiful products for our customers, and we are very grateful for his service and dedication.
We understand that this may be disappointing for some of you who have placed or were planning to place custom orders with us. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. We will be issuing full refunds for any custom orders already placed and cancelling any pending orders.
The silver lining is: we see this as a good thing. This will allow us to focus entirely on growing the business. Our primary goals for the next few years are to focus on our top selling products and make them available to music stores across America, Europe, and Australia.
We hope that you will continue to support us and enjoy our products. We will keep introducing new products for popular musical instruments and we will always have thousands of products available to purchase. We appreciate your understanding and your patronage.
